COMPUTIS is a FP6 project that was launched at the beginning of 2006,with a total duration of 4 years. The aims of the project were to develop and strengthen technologies and methods for mass spectrometry imaging, from instrumental developments and sample preparation to data processing and application to biological analysis.
The project is composed of 7 European academic and industrial Institues with expertise in mass spectrometry imaging, software development and / or biological applications. More information about COMPUTIS and the partners involved can be found here .
